Waiver of Liability Contract



I, _________________________________, understand that I am being allowed by the owner of _________________________________ located in _________________________________ access for the purpose of conducting an investigation into possible paranormal occurrences and/or conducting field research at this location.

I also swear that as of the date signed on this contract that I am of legal binding age (18yrs) and hold myself solely responsible for any action partaken on my behalf.

Any information obtained throughout the tenure of this site is strictly confidential. Under no circumstance is information to be shared, published, or otherwise discussed/displayed publicly without written prior consent by the Founder, Director, or Team Leaders of I.C.P.I.R. Types of information include, but are not limited to: Pictures (Digital, Film, or otherwise), Audio recordings, Video Recordings, Data measurements, Verbal Information (Site History, Property ownership, protocol methods, etc.) are the sole property of the I.C.P.I.R. and property owner.

Information gathered will not be used against members of the I.C.P.I.R or property owner in any manner deemed to be destructive or malevolent in nature whether by intent or chance.

Access to this site is only granted under strict supervision of the I.C.P.I.R and may never be used/accessed without explicit written agreement of the Founder, Director, or Team Leaders of this organization. Any unauthorized access to this site is deemed a Felony, and will be prosecuted as such.

The investigation/research process has been explained to me and I understand what I am undertaking in the process. I further understand that this is a vacant building and due to the age that there is always the potential for physical injury. Potential injury item include, but are not limited to: Broken glass, exposed live power-lines, low head clearance, debris strewn floors, precariously hanging objects from ceiling, low mounted pipes, ductwork and utility lines, insect/animal infestations and feces, unlabeled chemical, liquid hazards, unauthorized vagrants, exposed exterior access (broken out windows, doors, roof access), asbestos, precarious stairwells, or any other hazard not mentioned herein. I agree to release the owner of the property and the I.C.P.I.R from any liability for injuries and/or damages incurred during the investigation.

In no manner will the I.C.P.I.R. or property owner be held accountable, liable, or otherwise responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged equipment or personal belongings.
